Andrew Grainger is responsible for the data this site handles. This page covers forms, bot checks, cookies, analytics, and logs. It explains who processes data and how to request deletion or correction.

## What the forms store

The contact form stores your name, email, topic, message, and optional company or project. The notify form stores your email, product choice, optional answer to its question, and consent wording version. Both store the date and time, plus visit details: the page on this site, referring page, campaign tags in the link, country reported by Cloudflare, and the site address that received the form. Neither stores your IP address. If you tell us how you heard of Voidwright, we store your choice, extra text, date, and time with your submission.

## How we use submissions

We use contact details to reply. We use notify email addresses only for news about the product you signed up for. Submissions are never sold or shared for advertising. To limit abuse, Cloudflare briefly counts form submissions per IP address; that count is not stored in the database.

## Storage and bot checks

Submissions enter Andrew Grainger’s single Cloudflare D1 database in his own account before Resend emails contact copies. Resend’s email delivery service keeps each message and delivery log in the United States for 30 days. Andrew can export the database to his computer. Both forms require Cloudflare Turnstile’s browser check and JavaScript. Our server sends your IP address and check token for verification; the site does not store what Turnstile sees.

## Retention and copies

We keep contact messages for up to two years, then delete them. We keep a notify sign-up until we send the news it asked for. You can ask us to delete yours sooner. Contact copies remain in Andrew’s inbox, hosted by Google. Mail to privacy@voidwright.io lands there too.

## Cookies, analytics, and logs

Cloudflare Web Analytics uses no cookies and does not track you across sites. This site sets no cookies of its own and has no advertising or social media trackers. Only after you press “Pause motion” does your browser remember that choice for this visit, until the tab closes. It is never sent to the site and is not a cookie. Our server does not keep per-request logs; it keeps only error reports, to fix problems.

## Deletion and correction

For deletion or correction, use the Contact form (“Something else”) or email privacy@voidwright.io. A deletion request removes every submission linked to your email address from our forms database, the record we work from. Deleted entries stay recoverable in the database’s restore history for a limited time.
